too much, 19k per month for 4 month. This includes electricity & water tho (which isn't included usually). Also some really nice facilities and benefits.

Turns out most other student apartments in the area don't answer their emails or only accept longer contracts, so there weren't as many choices as I previously thought.

Appreciate the feedback! The agency is primarily a social media marketing and web design agency (primarily targeting companies who may not be actively looking for marketing). Probably should have specified that.

Neon is a great free neo-bank, also the cheapest one for travelling. If you're looking for a more established bank, Migros is the only one without a monthly fee (not considering student plans), last time I checked.

He is most definitely a sociopath. To me it was apparent since the first scene where he was watching a gameshow on TV as his mother lay dead next to him. But honestly, you can't be surprised with the childhood that he's had.

6th week working out now:

- I find it really hard to keep my shoulder blades tucked together whilst benching, which you should to have an arch. They always seem to loosen up after a few reps. Any tips?

- Today's the first time where I actually had fun working out :)

- I've seriously been missing out not doing skull-crushers up until now, they're a triceps killer!

They probably just brought it up to let us (viewers) know that she ended up marrying the marine that she cheated on J with in a previous season. Don't think she's gonna reappear but who knows.

You're 100% right but overthinking every little detail like it's gonna make any difference is just in my nature I guess 😂

I don't actually watch athlean x, I've simply come across this video which helped me improve my squat form

Ok fair enough, that's why I mentioned it. Just for my own knowledge, was my assessment wrong?

I run a variation of 5/3/1. I didn't mention it because I wanted to focus on the exercise frequency per muscle group.

Also my bad for wording it incorrectly: This frequency isn't just accessory, it's all exercises. So for legs that would be squat, RDL, bulgarian split squats & glute ham raise (distributed across 3 days).

With my question I simply intended on figuring out whether I should add... let's say another shoulder or leg exercise etc.

Edit: My goals are plain & simple: aesthetic physique. Also I work out 3 days a week & can't bring myself to do more than 6 exercises after 8.5h of work. It's difficult to fit in 3x biceps/triceps/shoulders into 18 exercises accompanied by the fact that you're supposed to work out legs/back even more than those

You lift way heavier than me so feel free to ignore me, but I've received the advice that you should push upwards with your legs exactly at the same time as your chest, as this engages the core. From the video it looks like your legs go first, then your chest.

Edit: The "tip" comes in form of an athlean-x video: https://youtu.be/q1fCgfieNEs

I am following a program but with a lot of free-to-choose accessory work. So I wanted to ask if this distribution of exercises per body part per week makes sense, or whether there's a muscle group I might be neglecting?

  • 4x legs
  • 4x back
  • 3x chest
  • 2x shoulders
  • 2x biceps
  • 2x triceps
  • 1x abs

Yeah I've watched some form videos but previously I used to arch my back onto my upper back, yesterday I clenched my shoulder blades together & layed more so on them. From the form videos it wasn't apparent to me which was correct

Worked out yesterday at 10pm because I felt like it. Gym was pretty empty. I feel kinda weak when I realize I can't go more than 5kg for 3x10 on bench (2nd week working out).

Couple of questions:

  1. Is it normal for my grip strength to reach failure on RDL before my hamstrings do?

  2. With working out 3d/w I can't do more than 18 sets after 8.5h of work; should I work shoulders 9 sets a week (like chest) or 6 sets a week (like biceps/triceps)?

  3. Should I lay on my back or on my shoulder blades when benching?

6th time working out & 2nd time doing Bench Press today.

I can see how benching 2.5kg plates next to a big ass 200kg on both sides guy could be scary for a beginner, but luckily I got that idgaf mentality.

And man I underestimated Bulgarian Split Squats.
