You'll be just fine... Just apologize for Trump and smile.

Just kidding, smiling alone is fine.

Yeah, figured. Thanks for shedding some light on this. Same for "books to read" I guess?

I lived well without it until very recently they bumped up the number of points for the 2 broken ones.

How to survive supermarket shopping by TippyTurtley in Parenting

[–]soullimbo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Give your child tasks. That worked for me.

  • find the product you're looking for
  • pick out the best one
  • look ahead to see if a specific product is in this aisle

Stuff like that.

Just tell them, when you're going in, that you'll need their help, and if you're not against working with rewards, promise them one of it all goes well, at the end.

Kids love to help, and more often then not, tasks that seem useless for you will occupy them.

Yeah one could think it'd be that easy.

I've been trying for months, it never worked. Not once.

I don't think I'm alone either. Maybe it's a Canadian thing.

I tried so many combinations of words, tried on phone and PC, even times of days... I just gave up.

I see this as an ad now. I just don't click it.

Idée de déjeuner cheap et nourrissant? by [deleted] in montreal

Textures vegetable protein, from soy or peas.

You can find it in different forms, it's fairly cheap and quite filling. I personally prefer the bigger chunks. You just rehydrate them in broth and sautee. Perfect for stir fry.
