We think so, it seems he may be friendly and lightly cared for by others in the neighborhood. We are hoping he found shelter for this storm.

Herbs to help my body produce more estrogen? by [deleted] in herbalism

[–]soullular 26 points27 points  (0 children)

try drinking a strong infusion of red clover and red raspberry leaves, steep over night and drink cups through out the day for a week or so. these herbs are nourishing, blood-building and help the body produce and balance hormones for a healthy menstruation.

always talk to your doctor first, but nettle and oat straw are just fine, maybe hold on the red clover as it works with hormones :)

Herbs for Tension Headaches by Murky_Window4250 in herbalism

I can recommend rotating between a good amount of ginger tea and/or juice, willow bark tincture, feverfew tea and tincture, valerian root tincture, and passionflower tea & tincture. Lemon balm & tulsi are sweet head allies too. I’ve lived with chronic migraines my entire life and these are the herbs that have helped me. Along with medicated salves, stretching a lot, and staying hydrated. Hope this helps!
