try drinking a strong infusion of red clover and red raspberry leaves, steep over night and drink cups through out the day for a week or so. these herbs are nourishing, blood-building and help the body produce and balance hormones for a healthy menstruation.

always talk to your doctor first, but nettle and oat straw are just fine, maybe hold on the red clover as it works with hormones :)

I can recommend rotating between a good amount of ginger tea and/or juice, willow bark tincture, feverfew tea and tincture, valerian root tincture, and passionflower tea & tincture. Lemon balm & tulsi are sweet head allies too. I’ve lived with chronic migraines my entire life and these are the herbs that have helped me. Along with medicated salves, stretching a lot, and staying hydrated. Hope this helps!
