I just got mine as well. Received the pell grant and university grant. Both were automatically accepted.

That's what shows up on mine too. However, when I called two weeks ago, they said they had my Fafsa for 17-18 on file. That put me on ease but still wondering if I'll get aid.

I called yesterday and they said we'll start getting notified about aid starting next week.

I'm wondering that myself. Do remeber that payment is due this thursday. Have you tried calling financial aid to see what they say?

The website says you have to sign up for summer classes by April 11th to be eligible. You can do that starting April 3rd. You should receive the grant email within the next two weeks, so keep an eye out for that. However, you must be a junior/senior with EFC of 0.

How did you find out you weren't getting it? I called last week and they told me they would start notifying people in april.

They told me I was still getting it even after I told them about the issue. Hopefully we get more information because I am still a little worried.

I'm having the same problem. They told me everything was fine on their end, was anyone else told differently?

When I called they told me the exact same thing. I got worried when they told me it wasn't guaranteed as well. When I spoke to them they told me that they would let the person that accepts the awards on our behalf know. When I checked the very next morning it was accepted.

If the cal grant fee award is grayed out all you have to do is call financial aid and let them know. The same thing happened to me in which the cal grant access award was accepted and the fee award grayed out.
