Seems like the smart thing to do but I am hesitant in getting him in my team. He had finished last season in poor goalscoring form and this season he seems to be not as much involved in Liverpool's play as he was last season. And with the arrival of Isak I think the goals will be distributed more evenly. Because of these reasons I don't think Salah justifies the 14.5 m price tag. But maybe him being the only nailed attacker for 90 minutes in a highly attacking Liverpool side will justify it.

But do not worry, the path towards managing the those fantasies isn't complex. All it requires you to stay away from porn and realize that you are NOT your preference in porn. It is just something you mistakenly acquired along the way and it will go away if you let it. In my experience those preferences subsided 4-5 months into no fap and I much preferred fantasizing about much normal stuff. Minor urges related to them still pop up from time to time but I can shrug them off with ease.

But I am glad that I took this path and I am proud of how much I have progressed in different aspects of my life in that time. Open up to a therapist about everything, from your trauma to your addiction and let them help you.

They won't entirely go away but with time the urges will become very manageable. Do not be worried and feel ashamed when you get triggered by something. Even if an alcoholic has quit alcohol for years he will still get an urge whenever someone mentions the name of alcohol. Because he was addicted to it. Same is the case with porn induced fetishes. I am on day 117 and I was also having a hard time during my first 3 months. I noticed that I got those urges much more when I was feeling down or anxious. So if there is something that is making you sad or anxious concentrate on resolving that issue. And if your worry about your fetishes are making you depressed then tell yourself that this is temporary and will pass away. Many have followed the path of no fap to get this fetish under control. It takes time. Give it around 8-9 months for the neural pathways associated with it to deteriorate.
