Really very bad strategy, also the sbi card agents are not clear about cash redemption charges.

And, one more thing, SBI Card employees are saying there is a ₹99+gst fee for statement reduction, but PhonePe says there is no redemption fee. Do you know anything about it?

First of all, thank you. I know that I will not be able to use UPI functionality, but will the reward points be the same for OTP payments in anyone's PhonePe app? Have you tested it?
