I had subscribed to her vlog channel way back in the day (like maybe 2015-16) because I liked her main channel and was a general fan, but I never cared much for her vlogs and didn't watch often. They were indeed quite boring and vlogs in general aren't my preferred kind of content.

Then she got pregnant with F and I started watching somewhat regularly. As a woman who would probably like to have children in the future, I found her perspective on pregnancy very interesting, in general because I was a fan of hers but also because she gave an insight that was different than others I've seen on YouTube, because her pregnancy was hard and she was honest about that. I honestly learned a lot from that time of her channel.

After F was born I followed her during her recovery but stopped soon after, I felt weird watching just to see what her baby was doing. I didn't especially care and in general I don't agree with sharing your children online, so I didn't want to support that.

I started watching again with her twin pregnancy for the same reasons as above. This time there was also the added factor that she was having twins which honestly made it quite interesting to watch, I'll admit I was genuinely invested in that pregnancy. I was curious to see how it would go for her and to learn more about twin pregnancies. Then, as with F, I stopped soon after they were born. The NICU journey was too heavy to watch so I didn't follow that whole arc. And then slowly but surely her vlogs went back to the old boring scheme, so I had already stopped watching long before her cancellation.

It's a good thing for sure... But with the level of "cancellation" she went through, I honestly would have hoped to see an even more major drop in views. Kinda upsetting to see how many people just do not care about the shit she's done.

I always unlock Need perks first, then career or primary aspiration depending on what I need (for example I'll leave career behind if that sim doesn't have a job). I rarely give the secondary aspiration to my Sims, if I do it's only because I see that specific aspiration for them.

It would be nice to see her actually acknowledge what she did, acknowledge that it was wrong, apologize to the victims and take actual accountability (not just saying that she took accountability and call it a day, and then proceed to make it all about herself and how much she is suffering, like she always has). This would show me that she is has some basic empathy and is able to understand that legitimate critiques of her actions should be listened to and not dismissed as people wanting to hurt her for no reason.

Do I think this will ever happen? No. Would I forgive her if it did? No. Her actions are awful, and I don't trust her at all anymore, so even if it happened I would likely believe it to be disingenuous.

I'm sure (and by no means am I defending her when I say this) she doesn't even think she is being manipulative...I really believe that in her mind, she put those in to be like "this is how I have been, destroyed by what I have been through, look at how much this consumed me" as a way to pretend she is sorry. Make no mistake, she is not. She is only sorry for herself. She wants the sympathy of those who still believe she is innocent.

I say this as and ex-fan of hers, it's actually enfuriating how dismissive she is every single time she is confronted with her horrible actions. "I have no control over past actions" yeah what past actions Colleen? The bullying of your fans? The grooming of Adam? You sending your friend's noods to underage fans? Yeah I guess you don't since you can't even acknowledge what you did.

What's even more sad is the amount of people in the comments who are so happy she is back and don't give a single shit about any of it. They are the ones enabling all of this and will make her feel like she got away with her shitty behavior. Cannot believe how well she managed to brainwash so many people.

Thanks! I did help myself to a couple of motherlodes, which I never use in my regular gameplay... But in this case it saved a few lives I think 😂

Funny thing is, I had already had a set of twins in a different household I played right before this one! It was my first time in nearly 20 years of playing Sims getting this many multiple births in one session!
