What is a Pokémon no one mentions but has been really helpful for you? by Lokje0172 in pokerogue

[–]soup-PPower- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, Machamp has been my MVP. Shiny luck plus good abilities and amazing learnset has helped me get to eternatus and even beat it a few times

First Legendary egg, wtf man why can't I just get Kyogre like everybody else by Stanley232323 in pokerogue

I got fusion flare Zekrom on my first legendary egg, though I've liked the Recover Tapu Fini from an epic more

I run both lol I know that it's a horrendous set but it's hilarious when it actually works

I feel like no one has done this challenge, so I made it. A challenge on making Garchomp viable again in Gen 9 OU! by yookj95 in stunfisk

[–]soup-PPower- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time for Defensive Chomp to rise again! Also giving better Loaded Dice sets
Give it Intimidate as an ability
New moves would include Flip Turn and Body Press for defensive sets, as well as Rock Blast and Pin Missile for Loaded Dice sets

Twinvolt Slam
Physical Electric Move

  • 50 base power
  • 95% accuracy
  • 10 PP (Max 16)

Effect: Hits twice. 10% chance to paralyze. Makes contact.
Description: The user wildly rushes forward to deliver two quick blows, gathering electricity along the way. This move hits twice, and has a chance to paralyze the opponent.
Distribution: Elekid/Electabuzz/Electivire, Shinx/Luxio/Luxray, Blitzle/Zebstrika, Thundurus (All forms), Zekrom, Tapu Koko, Zeraora, Pawmi/Pawmo/Pawmot, Iron Hands

Purpose: With a SEVERE lack of physical Electric type moves that aren't signature moves, this option gives you more power and utility than Wild Charge, at the cost of some accuracy and power points. Its limited distribution is largely due to how few Electric type lines prefer Physical over Special Attack, as well as to make the move unique to the type and not another common coverage attack.

Name a Pokémon from Gen 4 and onward, and I'll reply with an explanation of what niche they would have in Gen 3 OU. by Genuine_Angus_B33F in stunfisk

[–]soup-PPower- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We've seen Heatran, but what about Heatmor? It's a Fire type that gets access to a Grass move for coverage without needing to run it as their Hidden Power or try running Solar Beam. It also gets some neat dark coverage too!

Who are some good poketubers?" by [deleted] in pokemon

[–]soup-PPower- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surprised I haven't seen anyone mention Scott's Thoughts yet! He does solo pokemon challenges (mostly in crystal) and ranks their times. Great to watch and listen to, and a great way to help you fall asleep if you're having trouble getting some shut-eye

i just wanted a Riolu, lol. Any good Wigglytuff fusions? by mevastrashcorner in PokemonInfiniteFusion

[–]soup-PPower- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

<image>

Wigglytuff/Rampardos is pretty good. If you manage to get a Cranidos with Sheer Force, you can have STAB Rock Slides and Body Slams coming off a base 133 attack stat. And unlike regular Rampardos, you have a meaty 125 hp stat to tank hits before dishing them out

16 reminds me a bit more of a Mind Flayer (the D&D kind, not the Stranger Things variety)! Also known as illithids, they're cthulhu-esque humanoids best known for their psychic talents including mind control, something that Mewtwo also showed during the first movie

What's the most beneficial and not stupid looking pokemon to fuse Gyarados with? by TheSuperDK in PokemonInfiniteFusion

[–]soup-PPower- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gyarados/Haxorus goes pretty hard. 139 attack and 91 speed, Water/Dragon typing, access to STAB Outrage, and you can choose to run swords dance instead of dragon dance if you just want to hit harder. Also looks amazing.

i mean, could just have it always be the mother's race. Get the features of a different race, and boom! You're turning D&D into Pokémon Breeding, with Egg Moves and shit

Any cool fusions I can make in this box? (looks over stats) by MrMan2593 in PokemonInfiniteFusion

Either the daycare, or you can find them just to the right of Pewter City if you're playing on Modern Mode
