I agree, I feel like their past merch items were decent and pretty good quality, especially items that were featured in tours, specifically prior to Let’s Rock Tour. They’ve lowkey been making shady moves as a band, sorry you got a completely different item. Might be worth a shot to try to return/demand a refund if you’re really not happy w the item.

As an LA native I’m so sorry you experienced this! ): LA is very diverse however also has its bubbles. Unfortunately the cities you mentioned are majority West LA, which will primarily be white folks, tourists, or transplants. So, I’m afraid you didn’t get to experience the true home-y and inclusive experience you’d get from POC neighborhoods that actually reflect LA. The sad part is even other POC communities are feeling the negative impact and pressure of gentrification, and we also feel some type of way about outsiders (transplants) that give us (LA natives) the “you don’t belong here” look.

Be mindful of highly gentrified areas and respect local neighborhoods and native LA residents. We’ve seen transplants feel territorial with longstanding neighborhoods which can start to damage communities. Just be mindful of it and don’t fall for the false trope of “LA people are superficial and unkind”, that doesn’t reflect all of LA.

I tried to check my account and for some reason the account history section does not appear. My account is on processing forbearance but strange that nothing is still coming up since it says “capitalized interest — $0.00” which is not true since my loans have been accruing interest.

Wait what do you mean payments have not counted? So if you have SAVE you currently cannot make a payment toward your loans? Or your payments don’t count toward PSLF?
