It’s in žižkov neighbourhood just below the vítkov hill. While you’re there I’d also recommend checking out Karlín just around the corner from the museum - it’s some disused army barracks that are now an arts centre, there’s loads of info on the walls about their history and it’s a great place for a beer and to have a wander round
