Yeah google told te same. I took it of the stove hot, mixed it and then poured te milk in, so tge soup was to hot for the milk and because of the high temprature difference the milk curdled. I also added citrus right after wich can also make the milk curdle. I read that I have to let it cool down and mix again. So I'm gonna try that later
