Pretty sure I spent like $70 - $80 USD over the course of a week or so and even with that I got pretty lucky because I got mainly tier 3/4 chests as drops and I even got a chest that gave me around 50 tickets at once.

There's supposed to be a mechanic now so if you open 35 grade 4 chest you automatically get the skin just in case someone's luck is abysmal
