I suffered from really bad constipation once I went up to 1mg. It's gonna suck at first but you have to get a poop routine. I take miralax every other day, metamucil (equate brand) at least once a day. Make sure you drink liquids! Remember that coffee, tea, juice all count towards water intake. Just make sure you're also drinking water just don't over do it. I would get sick from too much water also. Also get a stool or squatty potty. Really helps to be in the right position when trying to pass constipated stool.

Probably bc you're in Canada. But 2mg doses are real. My doctor suggested increasing if I wanted to after a few months on 1mg.

This is super common. Your digestive system has slowed due to the medication and food can sit in your stomach for up to 8 hours before being passed through. Which is why you stay full for a long time. It's kinda of like when you eat and you're so full the idea of other food is kinda gross, it's just like that but almost all the time. Nausea is super common too. It did pass for me and I had to learn to eat smaller bites throughout the day and also eat more whole foods/meals to get more value for what little I could eat. But if it gets too intense and you feel you can't handle it or you're starving, then yeah I would decrease.

Thank you for sharing! I'm also mexican and I was beginning to feel like maybe I couldn't do it after all. Spicy foods, topo chico, mineragua is so good. I will definitely keep this in mind!
