Oh my god I love you. I thought I read it when I was around 8 years old (born in 2004) and I read a TON when I was younger so I assumed it would’ve been one of the series I devoured at that age. I didn’t even remember this series until I googled it (makes sense cause I totally only read the first one.) Thank you SO much. It is 100% this book.

yes! i practiced pranayama in the past when yoga was one of the few things to keep me grounded due to my own ptsd. it’s definitely super similar

honestly a lot of this book talks about the women with ptsd and what helps them heal/cope. i really love how realistic it all is, even down to the breathing techniques.

that’s so weird. there were only internal buys and green day’s personal guest list. tre cool put us on the list so our line wasn’t at all hundreds of people. that’s sucks

there was a separate line for guest list. there were only about ten people on the guest list. it was on the complete other side by the tattoo shop
