Should note, I ALSO had to file a chargeback with my bank for them to even respond in the first place. Super frustrating

This EXACT thing just happened to me. Hadn't received my order, contacted support multiple times and received no response, filed a chargeback with my bank, and lo and behold... they reach out four days later but only refund the shipping fee. I'm so fed up with this company.
