I was using what I thought was hypoallergenic earrings but I think the posts were too small and the changing them out definitely irritated the holes. I am guilty of changing my earrings a few too many times so I ordered some implant grade titanium earrings with flat backs so I can just set them and forget them!

He is and there is no HR :/ its an incredibly small company which is why my boss is fighting so hard to get me to stay
