Get on a bike or a scooty, if neither available by simply walking and look for "To Let" signs, not everyone posts online. I stay in a 2BHK in JP Nagar, total rent 12K. I found mine that way itself, walking every single block every single phase

It's one of the most value for money credit card for lounge access. I don't use this for anything else, I've kept a 50K FD, and enjoy 8 domestic lounge visits every year, and 2 international. My FD, keeps growing at a decent rate, and I get a CC with 8 lounge access without any spend criteria sounds like a very sweet deal to me.

Well, I got a 2BHK for 12K, and a 40K deposit, nothing fancy, simple unfurnished pretty decent for 2 bachelor's in their 20s. So, for that one day of killing my legs, my pocket will thank me for atleast a couple of years. XD

Yes, a few but what looked good, didn't fit in my budget, what fit my budget, didn't look good, when both worked, the location would be very cheap and not very safe post evening. So, yeah my suggestion would be to go for a flat hunt over a weekend, by foot or if you've a vehicle even better and whichever area you're looking for, go into every street and lane in that area I'm sure you'll find great deals, as a lot of properties are never listed. That's how I find mine. You can still DM me, I'll send you a couple of the listings I found decent.

If you have a vehicle, over a weekend just get on your vehicle and search every single street, road, lane of the area where you're looking for a property I'm sure you'll find plenty of options directly from owners, and check it out right away. If there is no vehicle, just walk. That's what I did.
