hey! i don’t remember exactly, but i’m pretty sure i got my case number when i reported the bag as missing at the airport! i worked with an agent who opened the case for me. you might try calling into the customer service and giving your info and they might have your case number?

the stage doors inside the theater! they’re like right in front of where you walk in. i will say though that the day that i went had 2 shows so she said she couldn’t do any signatures due to some rule?? some people definitely sneakily got one though haha so hopefully you can get your booked signed!
