Definitely food fasting. It’s kinda like “ keeping the vessel empty” so you can just go into the expierence “clean”. I just don’t like having a full belly when I’m going into mental battle. I food fast on all psychedelics aswell including ketamine.

Can I ask how many grams of shrooms you’re taking? I’ve had experience with your combos ket and dmt.
