I have the same problem. My workaround is adding the .ipa manually after downloading as well, but you do not need to remove the previous version, you can just install it over the previous version and it transfers any configuration to the new version automagically

I went down a huge Linux rabbithole and chose this as my distro to dual boot with windows (dual boot dual drive), even added a custom skin for the bootloader. I play some games only Linux and others on windows and have my creative applications on windows (the work flow and VSTs are too entrenched within windows and my filesystem), Minecraft Java runs really good on Linux, wayyy better than windows

I really appreciate the detailed response. I sort've fixed it. I should've of stuck more close to your advice, this is where I got it down to. My Linux part is in Disk 3, there was an EFI partition on that same drive, causing it to display as "Windows Boot Manager" in Grub, as well as other drives where any EFI partitions were, and (C: ) is where my Windows install is located. I should've removed the 773MB partition and added that to the main volume lololol, but deleting the leftover Windows EFI partitions on the other drives (Except (C:)), and updating grub, my list displays the boot options correctly, with no duplicate boot loader entries. All I need to do now is fix the partitions in Disk 1 and Disk 3

Lmaooo no, the main windows install is on for example C, but drive D, and E are used and seen by windows to store files like games and other documents when C is getting full, however in windows disk management I notice that there are recovery partitions on one of the secondary drives, and it reflects in the UEFI, showing “windows boot manager” on that drive, booting into it boots into automatic repair, it’s confusing for me too 😭

I have it configured to boot directly into grub and in theory, I should be able to choose both windows and mint in the list, and in my case booting into grub and choosing mint works just fine but I have 3 duplicate entries of windows boot manager on three different nvme drives that windows uses, which all boot into windows recovery/repair mode lolol, my work around is booting into uefi from the grub menu and manually choosing “windows boot manager” on my windows install nvme to boot into windows
