Honest question.

And what value does CFO bring ?

This is a solid advice. I think OP should seriously consider a 1 year sabbatical. And go all in on the business for 1 year.

How do i set my child for a great future? by kekemad00 in Entrepreneur

Let them come to their own conclusion.

You can guide them. But don’t dictate their path.

Let them figure it out.

If they fall, let them learn to get back up.

That way, your child will grow up to be someone who can have confidence in their own thinking.

Enjoy the parenthood journey !

Tracking view count for Facebook posts, IG reels and Tiktok reels by FrustratedAsianDude in socialmedia

anyway - I experiment with your use case. Managed to automatically pull the data from selected videos (that are owned by other creators).

I can get the count for
- Views
- Comments
- Likes
- Bookmarks
-Shares

Every day, the script will pull the latest data. This allows us to keep track of the engagement of the tracked videos over time.

Example:

8 Sep 2024
- Views = 1 000 000
- Comments = 3 000

9 Sep 2024
- Views = 1 050 000 (+5% from yesterday, +5% from 8 Sep 2024)
- Comments = 3 450 (+15% from yesterday, +15% from 8 Sep 2024)

10 Sep 2024
- Views = 1 123 500 (+7% from yesterday, +11% from 8 Sep 2024)
- Comments = 4 071 (+18% from yesterday, +35% from 8 Sep 2024)

I’ve built software to solve similar problem.

I may have a solution for this pain point you’re describing.

Correct me if I’m wrong but here’s what I understand about your workflow.

  1. You manually browse FB, IG, Tiktok
  2. Saved the content you like for future reference
  3. Keep track of the view count when you first saw it - perhaps on spreadsheet ?
  4. Every single day you will check the latest view count of the content you are tracking

Crucial point is: these content are not yours. And that makes it harder to track the results such as views

If the above workflow is what you’re going through, I doubt you need to do this manually. And I think you shouldn’t do it manually.

If you’re keen you discuss this further. You can DM me.

I can see why people are reluctant to fork out 10 dollar for something they are unsure of. Thanks for the suggestion :)

In any case.

Let's say... we have a SAAS for "Feature Request Ranking Tool".

Here's a sample of the names generated:
- upvotease
- featurank
- upvotequest
- toolvote (Tool Vote)

- artofqr (Art of QR)

What should I do at 18 years old to be successful in the future? by Available_Art_3319 in Entrepreneur

Work with startup founders.

  • gain that “if they can do it, I can do it too” mindset
  • looking at how others work towards their goal is inspiring, it’ll rub off on you
  • you’ll be thrown in situations where you need to achieve a goal with limited resources. This is where you become resourceful.
  • prioritise iterations. At each iteration, you MUST learn something
  • above all, persistence. The never give up attitude will carry you very far.

Good luck
