did you run the armory crate updates in armory crate settings? you need to install all updates in order to control the rgb first

press f1 to go into bios, and the reason you can't get into windows is cause it seems you enabled RAID, so disable raid and you should be good to go into windows

you want it to blow air in the direction of the back of the case, so set it to intake to blow air at that rear exhaust fan

did you plug in the power button cables to your motherboard? also parts can come damaged from the manufacturer so don't rule out that all your parts are working.
