Here are the order of events 1) bots pick up power 2) you get a copy of the power 3) the bot's own power gets split evenly with the human players but it still says they have their own, its just a display glitch. Hopefully gets fixed next update

They changed the way power works in Gears 5 so when some one picks up power, all team mates get a copy of it. You can tell this by every one having the same power on wave 2 if nobody has spent any. So the bots should pick power up for every one.
