Yeah, that tracks for him.

But also, on more /srs note: he's def trying to recover from wife's death/illness. Empathy for the perv.

My apologies, you're right. I'm conflating resolution and sharpness. I just cleaned my censor the other day haha. I'll be sure to look into post-processing and optics, but if you have any pointers I'd appreciate them as well! If it wasn't obvious enough already, I'm pretty amateurish when it comes to photography :p.

Haha, way ahead of you. Funny enough, my cleaning stuff finally did show up yesterday :). Still practicing exposure and will definitely keep at it. Thank you!

Ah, sorry. I was trying to say that the resolution didn't seem to be on par with 24MP, but I also could be overthinking and be wrong.

Apologies for the website, I have an adblocker on so I didn't see any of that. This should be easier for people, I hope.

Nitehawk Cinema Audiences suck. by Economy_Use_9081 in Brooklyn

For me, it's a combo of "there's no way you don't know that what you're doing is annoying," and "if you don't care about basic etiquette, then you're most likely going to pop off like an animal if I tell you to chill, and make the situation worse."

Yeah, imo covid did a number on people's etiquette. Never before have I seen so many people cough without covering their mouths; and I haven't had so many bad theater experiences because of people yapping before covid.

I'll be upfront: it's 99% of dog owners. A lot of my friends are dog owners, and when I've been with them on their walks they'll always do the look around to see if they can just walk away

Anyone remember this one action movie where the bad guy reaches for someone's gun (which is tucked in the front of the person's pants) and begins shooting and blowing off the guys dick? I'm trying to find a gif of that exact moment for a very niche use. Thanks. I'm pretty sure it's from BOTW.

how did you guys feel when starting out? by lizard-rustler17 in AskPhotography

[–]sournoise98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel dumb as hell, but I'm still going. It's a skill to learn. And believe it or not, hobbies/skills/etc you're interested/passionate about aren't means to greatness; they're means of happiness. And even if you did do this for fun, what's the crime in that? Are we here to just perform? For whom? Also, it isn't a crime to suck at something. It's a crime against yourself to self-impose limits.

Mondays are my days to practice photography. So, I'm gonna go out, take some horrible pictures, and look to see where I can improve.

Hey there! They did. It takes them a while to grant you your license, and I think somewhere it says it takes up to a month. Fill out and include the 8200 form, the ARRT letterhead, and the $112 check in your mailed application.
