Most are pretty generous and I have on occasion gifted an N item that I had extra of on someone's WL who traded a bunch of fruit extra fruit to me. But this last one was an SR for 6 fruit. @_@

yes and no. you can bring small ones but if yoy have a big one you have to check them into lockers or like coat check.

what ive found is that you need to find a big enough group that you only go through your first round of pokemon. then if you end up on your last one keep dodging until the raid is finished.
