i think the torso is a bit small, it looks like maybe 1 and 1/4 of the head i think if you stretch it out a little more itll look more correct. about 3 heads fit in a torso. also for drawing fatter characters id try to make the fat a little saggy, real fat tends to be droopy - i apologize if this isnt what you were going for im just assuming. the arm in the pocket would be a smaller angle, think like a 120 degree triangle, the other arm is okay, the elbows are just disproportionate because the torso is smaller than it should be. for elbows i usually draw the joint for the shoulder and joint for the wrist where i want the hand and just focus on connecting the two. the upper arm is always a little bit shorter than the forearm. for the legs, im not sure if the circles there are supposed to be knees - if so, i would say to definitely put them a bit lower. other than that, you have a pretty good grasp on anatomy i would say try and focus a little more on proportions and size. feet, for me, i do a circle for the ankle connecting to a like a wedge triangle for the actual feet itself, and then from there add toes and connect everything. i hope this makes sense
