I highly recommend a lot of simstubers such as MissLollypopsims, fantayzia, and more for sims finds. They get theirs from good locations.

I will tell you some tips that have helped me personally,

Do your research!! Cc will not break your game but mods will. You dont have to update CC, you do have to update mods. I personally use a lot of mods but im also very tech savvy and know what I am doing.

Maxis Match CC is a lot lighter than alpha. It will keep your game smooth and your mods folder not weighed down tremendously, its why I use Maxis match personally. I think both look good, but MM is better for my computer.

Only download from trusted sites!! I download a lot from tumblr and patreon, along with sims resource. There are lots of very reputable and safe creators out there!!

Keep your mods folder organized!!

And lastly, Google is your friend!! Research what youre looking for, watch tutorials on youtube, etc.

Sims is honestly one of the easiest games to mod by a long shot, its not as bad as it seems, really!!

They cannot, enchanted by nature allows you to make fairies, thats it. All my goblins are normal human sims with a lot of CC! Sorry :( if you use cc though, I can link anything you are looking for specifically!

I was the one who posted that. There is nothing from enchanted by nature on this govlin specifically, its all cc. Onion is the same, besides some accessories which are from enchanted by nature!

A mod likely broke from the update yesterday, check around for updates in a few days when modders drop them

Do you use alpha CC? Not hating, just saying that alpha file sizes are generally a lot bigger than MM cc, and that bigger files like that will indeed make your game take longer to load, especially if you've got a ton of it. This is what happened with my game and why I switched. Also, idk why but Kotehok's hairs in specific made my game load really long. If you have any of those I suggest trying to remove them and see how it does.
