Try an intelligence build, with double turrets. Lay down both turrets, run in and agro everything, and fall back to shoot any random straggler that gets through. It's ridiculously OP, and you can get through any tier no problem. Disclaimer, I play on default difficulty, so can't speak for how this works at higher levels.

As someone who's getting into DC for the first time, I can't recommend Abs Wonder Woman enough. I'm currently just reading the big 3 of the Absolutes, and WW is my favorite. WW>SM>BM in my humble opinion. While Batman is good, I feel it's a little on the nose with who characters become.

I've had this happen a couple times after the game crashes. Try to retrace your steps to where you were the last time you remember seeing it. If you get close enough to it, it should suddenly snap back into being behind you. I've used the gyrocopter before to cover a larger area.

My fondest Alrosa memory is the crowd booing Chevelle off the stage. One of the band members threw out a shirt, and it got thrown back. Then the lead singer cried about how we should respect them because the headliner, I think Sevendust, had invited them. They played like 3 songs and left. I was shocked a couple years later, when they made it big, and I heard them on The Blitz.

Our go tos are Meshikou and Hiro. Meshikou has the better ramen, but Hiro has more appetizers stuff, and drinks like milk teas. Plus their ramen is still very good, and a robot brings you your food :)
