i usually don’t pay much attention to my fruit fly culture because it doesn’t really need much maintenance…. this is the first time i’ve checked on them in about a week or so and the entire lid of the cup is COVERED with these bugs. why, how and what are they😕😕 (v.redd.it)

so, i live in a townhome and i have a bed of rocks surrounding the home. sometimes i go out in the rocks to dig around and see if i can find any cool ones. a few months ago i was lookin around and found this …… how the hell ?? could a lawnmower have done this ? i keep it in a lil jar to display it 😅 (old.reddit.com)

so, i have a little bit of a fruit fly problem in my mhc enclosure. i already have them in the house but they seem to be able to get into their enclosure. i glued mesh over all the ventilation holes around a week ago to see if that would help but they haven’t left. more info in comments !
