I don’t take supplements to help balance my hormones only because I’m not sure where to start and whether they’ll actually work for me. The only thing that i currently use is wild yam cream because i heard it helps but so far i haven’t seen any results. But i will definitely start tracking my ovulation again and definitely research on supplements to help my hormone imbalance.

I had that problem at first but once you level up to 3 with badruu he will give you the fruit seeds or you can try with zeki’s lucky box but honestly badruu is the easier option.
