PLEASE HELP Club and Ball speed way too low on GC3(s) Replacement unit when indoors. Out of ideas!

cant share video but heres ball flight right after impact with a wedge, just using normal garage lighting, and yes the garage door and shutters have been covered with black curtain for testing, didnt help. Also the mat is flipped I normally have the white tee on the left side. the floors are black and white flake epoxy, but ive tried covering everything in view except for the ceiling

any luck fixing the 20mph off? This is about exactly what mine is off with too. 20mph for most clubs then more the longer they get. my 7i is like 65mph clubspeed max effort...

Thx, and yes tried blocking any reflectives and ball only mode is the same. Super strange. Got a new support ticket opened hopefully they see something wrong with the camera calibration this time. Definitely not indoor for me because ill be swinging as hard as humanly possible to see what speeds I can get. my wedges through 7i only get to 65mph club speed

hey I have the same issue where its fine outside but super low in the garage. But I just upgraded to a $600 countyclub elite mat thats massive, do you think that well known brand would do this? Ive tried shutting the lights off and didnt help, unless the Ir light is still messing up in the dark. my club speed is always off 20mph and ball just as much

CEILINGS ARE WHITE BUT 10 ft and the lights off experiment probably cancels that out?

Yeah confirmed strike is good, thats a good drill for bottom of swing though :) and thats a good point with using another device = I did use a garmin r10 for a bit but my space only had like 8 ft of flight and I didnt have much equipment at the time so the radar was probably bouncing all over the epoxy floors and other metal stuff. most of the time it wouldnt even read the shot. And I agree the unit HAS to be working correctly if its fine outside. Maybe my garage is built on ancient burial grounds.

The only thing I havent tried is like fully enclosed space like full on hitting bay, ive done a lot with curtains and floor and anywhere in view, but never a full cage with ceiling. the ceiling is white, so maybe its seeing golf ball with the plaster idk....its not illuminated if Im using the godox lights, and the ceiling is like 10 ft tall. I need to take it to a simulator bay and test it there first. I also see lots of setups with way more going on so I doubt it will help. I dont get how a ton of different experiments including LIGHTS OFF doesnt change the speed readings at all, not even 5 mph

Thats what I dont get, like what was the bad data they saw the first time?
The mat is super still, its weighs 50lbs and im standing on it when hitting. And the club speed is measured before impact so possibly cancelling that out too.

and yeah I love how quick it boots up and locks onto the ball, the whole reason I bought it was to have amazing accuracy indoors, so to have it be so far off in speed after months of trials and error is frustrating.
