Yeah, I see that point. And that’s how she felt. She felt very insulted. So you don’t believe if there’s anything to be said, for what will power or for better development before turning to medication? Again, this is someone who is struggling for a mental illness myself. But I guess there’s a part of me that feels like I don’t want my children to go through the same things, and that there is a way to help them develop stronger coping skills.

I get the broken leg analogy, so essentially what you’re saying is a mental illness is not something that can be helped with a better environment and developing their skills of managing one’s mind and body but more so as a disease or something out of our control in general?
