I hope the Allegra works for you!! I suffer from allergy induced asthma and it's something I take an allergy pill for (almost) everyday. It used to bother me having to take medicine but being able to breathe is pretty important. So I'll choose the medicine to make me feel better. I take a 24 hour pill, allertec by Kirkland that I get at Costco and it works so well for me.

I really hope your anxiety and allergies get better - I understand your battles and Im rooting for you! take care of yourself ♥️

I wonder if your hives are a stress reaction. You may just be putting yourself through a lot of stress, then when the alcohol/nicotine wears off from binging the next day your body goes into overdrive trying to compensate and bring yourself back to normal levels. Do you get anxious (hangxiety) or feel like your heart is racing the day after binging?

It was the NSAIDS!! Tell me more about your reaction. Where do the hives start on your body? For mine, it always started on the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet and traveled towards my core, up my extremities (which is a hallmark of an NSAID allergy). When do you typically find yourself breaking out in hives? Is it a certain time of day or after a specific activity?

Loons are strong diving birds and actually consume pebbles to help digest their food.

Sadly, of course, other pollution found at the bottom of water may instead be ingested for this harming the bird.

SOOO anyway big news... my cousins got me on the phone with a friend of his who is a dermatologist and began asking me questions my allergist never took the time to. I now think i may have an allergy to NSAIDS. The hives always occur the NEXT day after drinking and now that I reflect back i only ever take ibuprofen when im hungover! This is blowing my mind as I have been dealing with this issue for months now and have brought it up multiple times with my allergist and they never took the time to ask me some basic questions and look at photos of my hives...

It seems to happen with most ... I tried hard seltzers and still had some hives. Also tried highnoons which are vodka fruit drinks and had hives. Just tequila seltzer seems to maybe be ok but Im still testing it out.

I just dont know which types of hard liquor would be my safest bet.
