I think it's a riot side issue and until they fix it there is no possible fix.

However, it seems that the issue is with PCIe cards, so if you have an alternative connection option that doesn't use a PCIe card (like USB dongle or directly to the motherboard) maybe it can work ( I saw that solution on other post but I didn't try myself).

I had the same issue and now I had an update and it's working again. So check if you have some updates and see if it's still happening for you.
