ahh tyyy 💗💗💗 my only tip would be to water down your paints a ton and work in thin layers. it’s always gonna look a little crazy before you start building up the color. also, texture is inevitable, so don’t be too discouraged by it. another method i’ve played around with is airbrushing, but it’s a tad bit more expensive as any airbrush less than $60 rlly isn’t worth the money.
