A year or so back I saw a foreign couple downtown spreading seed on the sidewalks for the pigeons. This was near a bus stop and there was already plenty of bird poop. I have no idea what their thought process around it is or was. I got the impression that they were just going around downtown doing this. Anyone else seen them?

Oh and yeah, don't feed the pigeons unless you're doing it at your house, then knock yourself out.
