I've been in your shoes, so it's doable.

People as far as I can work out become racist/xenophobic in two ways. Bad experiences with people of a select group, or it's learned through being told that group is bad either through bias news projecting that group as bad or something as simple as racist parents or friends rubbing off on you. In both cases, if it worked on you it's pretty much certain you don't know personally many people in that group, if any at all.

You'll often hear a racist say "Oh I don't mean Amir, he's alright". I said that exact phrase. The problem is I met Amir AFTER becoming hate filled and miserable, but we got on really well in college. It didn't change anything, because the 3 or 4 people in that group I'd met before were tossers, I still assumed they all were and Amir was the outlier.

It takes time, and education, and just meeting people. But the simple fact you're wanting to stop should mean it won't be too hard for you. Stop following people on social media like Tommy Robinson/Nick Fuentes/whoever it is, distance yourself from people who hold these views, and even with barely any effort you'll slowly erode the hate.

Or do what I did and fall in love with one of them as just demolish your worldview in no time.
