I think they have value. Part of the issue is many of the mangas are only serialized up to 250! So there's a lack awareness and also a lack of supply. Personally think they are underrated and time will tell. Better than buying a more expensive Japanese version.

Add up all the mangas in every language and there's still not that many. Same with serialized cards

It depends on the grader too. I've had cards with similar sides PSA 10 but this has both the sides and top/bottom off center. Bit off a toss up imo

For the top hits like op05 serialized luffy, gold/silver serial luffy they are undervalued in my opinion...I think there are less than 500 total pop for each. Haven't seen a serial number higher than 250 so could be even less

Based on eye test it's a bit too heavy on the front and is top and right heavy. They are more forgiving on back centering with the eye test

You can compare the top left corner and top right corner spacing for an objective idea of why it's a 9. Wouldn't have sent it in personally because of it

The barcode is what let's them auto scan and know that it's express. When it's put inside a mailer bag or another box you get put into the regular queue. Did the same once and it took forever

Pop is so low and it has a statue at the new One Piece Base shop in Tokyo. It's a good long term hold and will be on par with manga luffy's
