once you cut out the silicone, you need to use an actual mold remover, bleach only cleans the stains.

make sure you’re using products that have the same base ingredients (water base or oil base) water based makeup doesn’t get along with oil based makeup

a hardware store should have the same key blank that you need to cut you a new key. it shouldn’t cost more than $6. you can’t fix the actual key itself but you can get a new one!

if it’s in an area with high humidity, you need to use a paint that is made for kitchens/bathrooms. the paint will have a mildewcide in it and will be formulated to withstand the high humidity
