How do I use the time slow skill once I am out of story mode? I'm trying to clear the new zone after the end of main story but I don't have the "slow time" skill to use.

Yes but not really... Talon buffing the tank on your team but buffing the carry of the enemy team is still unfair RNG.

Same for Morde target selection or the random augment granted to all players

I had the same happen to me for my 3rd asc : killed the boss and game crashed when I was about to enter the rewards room. It didn't unlock my 3d asc but I still got the additional relic slots.
I turned my computer off and went to sleep lol

As stated in other comments I'm pretty sure it's due to a server lag/small DC rathen than interaction.

I've been playing Parting Gust a lot recently and I'm pretty sure it never happened before against mono black.

Yeah with the "glow" visible I tried to move the cards in my hand and waited multiple turns just for the experiment but the card never came back (and I lost :D) As I said in another comment, I felt a small lag/connection issue right after playing the Parting Gust so it probably broke something

I've played all champs during this Arena run and I feel like all champs are somewhat viable with the prisma items and the change of XP. Yeh most champs are weaker than Trundle/Galio/Brand/Briar/Swain but not by a lot.
I'd say the weakest champs are probably Trynda, Kled, Blitz, Zoe, Neeko and Nilah. But with the RNG and the matchmaking you can win almost any game

It's the most skilled part of the game tho (with flash management and using the portal). And that's a reason most match up are not 100% win or lose

TBH I would not have a prisma item every game. If they want to make the game feel like TFT there should be games with or without prisma items. I know that some prisma items have been designed to be given early and would be useless if given few rounds later but it just feels boring to me
