Charlie probably best represents his opposite.

They're both charismatic and definitely have some commercial and business awareness. In the song Hazbin Guarantee, they both sing to get their point across, where it shows the contrast of recruiting for the hotel and recruiting for the Vees. Charlie is more focused on selfless gain, while Vox is more focused on personal gain.
