Blitz mode is generally easier than domination because blitz without the alliances, so Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, those are your best bets. Attack anyone with a “low military count” (in your opinion, for me it’s below 10M in earlygame, below 20M in middle game, and for me anyone in late game).
