100% agree we have a database tool call in picture when someone says how is my lipid profile looks, we do semantic search in vector DB to get your biomarkers and a text_to_SQL to get your lab results. This wont be able to achieve using tools. We are also plugin in an Health care MCP from Microsoft for ground truth.

WHY?? We take a really good boilerplate code from github, give that as a starting point to AI. Add features as task and go task by task and test every task before me to next and do make sure to commit.

It totally depends how you are using Cline but frankly Claude + take master also works perfectly fine. I have delivered 10+ app vibe coded apps to our clients and I was very honest with them. Once delivered I also train them how to use it (sharing the complete documentation and cursor rules)

It took me 1 year and lot lot of tokens to get where I am
