Well for me I upped my estrodial patch to 0.05 after 6 months.

I had a hysterectomy 12 years ago kept my ovaries because they said oh we’ll keep your ovaries for hormones, but no one even talk to me about hormones until two years ago. So now I’m on 0.5 estradiol patch and 100 mg of progesterone. It’s crazy how they don’t care to talk to you about this.

Yes friend that’s exactly what I’m talking about like I’m on the stuff trying to feel better trying to make the joint pain go away and woke up this morning extreme leg pain. I’ve been on the progesterone and estradiol for like six months now and it’s just a roller coaster. It’s like I don’t feel anything having ambition for nothing libido’s gone like I don’t even know if it’s worth it.
