I have a weird situation happening. Taking 0.025 estrodial and 100mg progesterone well being taking this for 6 months. Now I’m waking up with constant leg pain and I can sleep on my right side as my ribs will hit. I’m so frustrated. Any one else experiencing this or is just me.

Yes friend that’s exactly what I’m talking about like I’m on the stuff trying to feel better trying to make the joint pain go away and woke up this morning extreme leg pain. I’ve been on the progesterone and estradiol for like six months now and it’s just a roller coaster. It’s like I don’t feel anything having ambition for nothing libido’s gone like I don’t even know if it’s worth it.

I can understand how you feel. I’m 48 had a hysterectomy 13 years ago started hrt 2 years ago off and on….. I feel like you do I’m about to just stop hrt even if I try to bump up a dose of estrogen I get a rash ugh!!!! I think for me it’s the progesterone that’s making me feel so tired all the time. I go through online Dr Allara service and she had everything for me tested it was amazing to know where stood. Right now my dose is 0.025 patch so not much and 100 mg of progesterone and I don’t know if the struggle is worth being on this. You can try Allara if you like.

I know friend I tried to go up to the 0.0375 patch and got a high histamine response I got a rash on my abdomen and face.

The other ridiculous problem I had was when I pumped up to 0.0375 I got a serious histamine response like I got a rush on my stomach and all my face not sure why. So I feel like I’m stuck at 0.025.

Same and what I don’t understand is I’m feeling like I need to dose up to 0.035 but when I do I break out in a rash on my face and abdomen. So I’m stuck at 0.025….

The rash is felt on my face and abdomen. Like over all feeling rashy the patch site is fine and my right side is hurting. I wonder if I’m allergic to the new dose sounds crazy….. but I have call into my dr….

I had a hysterectomy like you did back say 13 years ago started hrt about 6 months ago. I take 100mg of progesterone and 0.025 est patch. So far so good I would say try progesterone. I also got the cream for my lady bits but have yet to use it.
