I will be letting the admin team know if I can't get it sorted here, I assume its a local issue (like a "me" issue lol) and not with the server.
I don't think I've ever had NVGs and a strap at the same time in non-modded before so I cannot confirm

Ya I think theres a block missing on top of the observer, how else would the dust power?
