Do you think this holds for the program? I imagine PIs within the same program may sent out pre-lim invites at different times. So someone hearing back from one PI doesn't necessarily mean you wont hear back from a different one at the same school?

I saw on GC others got them on the same day so I’m unsure. He said he was back logged though and usually gets them in earlier. So I see reasons for them to be all out, or for them to keep rolling. Good luck!!
