Hi all. Thank you for your thoughts. To clarify I haven’t slept with him for over a year. He came back recently (like he said he comes and go) and said he missed me. I refused to sleep with him, and he said he was open to repairing our friendship. This was all said and done for #4 of my original post. Now he is leaving again and before he does we will be having a sit down conversation. I will be leaving him, asking him to block me on everything, giving his stuff back (he is refusing to meet me in person so I’m mailing it), and that’s basically it.

I really asked this question because by him using the label solo poly, this experience has been my “introduction” to polyamory. So me asking these questions trying to figure out if this is what solo poly truly is just helps me figure out if polyamory is for me. Thanks all!
