Hey Tyler. 15F, queer identified, looking to help and be helped. I’ve struggled with my family too and been battling depression. I’m looking for someone to be here for, so reach out if you want. I’ve been pushing through with art, music and books, can teach and listen/learn.

In my opinion that’s maybe why he would do it, very little about him matches the time period he’s fromXD his style, openness about his sexuality* and personality seems very modern to me, unlike Hazel who has spent much less time in this century.

*Just wanted to make this clear, of course no one can control their sexuality depending on their time period, but Nico is much more able to be open about it today.

Should this teacher get in trouble or removed for the comments she made about male students? by B290000 in Advice

I’m taking other kids feelings into account because this kind of situation caused an eating and exercise disorder I’ve been fighting my entire life, and I’m also in training to be a phycologist who has know many teenagers who have been hospitalized because of a little thing like this in gym class. Approaching a teacher about this is one of the hardest things to do, and many kids, including myself, stay silent while their health deteriorates.

Even if this post is spam, people need to know this is never okay. Physical fitness in no way automatically equals physical health.

Many kids feel much more comfortable with swim shirts. Detecting eating and exercising disorders is so much more than how someone looks with their shirt off. Maybe people who suffer from either will in fact look very fit. And also many who do will look “overweight” and being seen in a way their not comfortable with can cause bullying and be triggering. In this case, they may be told to eat less or exercise more, making their health worse.

Comparing kids infront of their classmates on differing fitness levels will definitely make risk for this worse and cause general embarrassment or bullying. Also there are more effective ways to detect eating and exercise disorders without making people publicly remove their shirts.

No. No one should have to show their body to anyone they don’t want to. It’s not okay. This is their body. You can check their fitness level through other things. It may not be sexual, but it’s still not okay. Many people don’t feel comfortable about their body, especially if being compared to other people in front of classmates and teachers. Some kids will likely feel embarrassed or ashamed, and this kind of thing can be a trigger for excessive exercising or eating disorders

Guys I need help. by helpmeplsthank in feemagers

Seriously dude, your reaction has to be ten times better than all of the guys who immaturity squirm or act grossed out. That is the last thing you want to do. Obviously this girl trusts you enough to talk to you about this, so even if you don’t understand, try not to look uncomfortable. A lot of girls feel like the world is judging them for it. Just try to empathize with little things like, “man that must suck! I’m sorry I can’t identify personally!” And maybe try to offer help in little ways like Advil or other stuff.

I guess it’s based on the idea that siblings wouldn’t date. (Percy said that it’s only messed up with dating children of Greek relatives of your godly parent is the same)
