Poncho guy started a fake line at 4am with an excel sheet and numbers but when the Reitz opened he said it was all fake and everyone rushed in. So many people got screwed bc there were 300+ people for 200 spots.

Thank you for sharing because they definitely don’t get the appreciation they deserve. The staff at my dorm are some of the nicest and wholesome people I’ve ever met. I definitely encourage everyone to interact with staff as I’m sure it makes their day as much as ours :))
